During that 5 over time game against Alabama. That casey clausen played QB and we won.I was in New York across from Yankee stadium during the World Series of the Yankees. Bought World Series tickets that were fake. So me and my boys were in a bar across the street from the World Series being played and set and watched Tennessee and Alabama go into 5 overtimes in New York, I'll never forget it.

I was watching it at work. Went home at the end of the third-quarter for supper break called them after the second overtime and said I’m not coming back. the old man that worked there said i already told them that you wouldn’t

The problem last years team ran into was other teams started leaving Josiah and Santi unmarked which put huge pressure on Dalton & Zakai to generate all of this offense either by taking tough shots/ driving the lanes or trying to feed Aidoo or Tobe when it was very crowded in the paint. It feels like Barnes signed guys who would punish the teams who tried to do that. If Santi had even a mediocre shooting season last year this team prob plays for a natty vs UConn. Yes he obv brought defensive attributes but his offense was really rough to watch.

I was one of the kids at Powell elementary who got to meet The Iceman. It’s a day I still remember a literal giant speaking to me. 😂 Kevin Burnett was there too at some point.

Tha Transfer Portal seems more suited to our UT staff due to the lack of high level HS recruiting results and this staffs' ability to identify the ability of more mature players to fit their system. We have had much lesser results of developing line of scrimmage 5* prospects for years and with this staffs reluctance to play many players at the WR, DB, OL and RB positions we are just more in line with replacing weaknesses at a few positions now that we have a deeper roster. If we never get another 5* at any position other than QB I think we can be successful at the championship level.

French comes across as a me guy more than a team guy. Not really what we look for these days. No surprise we aren't his top choice.
