Hi mem I'm having same ur voltas DFW 14 I suffered issue of detergent powder not dropping down after opening of detergent cabinet Can we make the detergent powder to gel @ home By mixing with water and preserve in bottle and use as detergent liquid/gel I'm using salt and rinse aid Only one issue Due to water gets inside to compartment the detergent sticks there,,, So I think to convert it to gel or liquid,,,will it's effectiveness retain or any issue..... Pls guide

@@anushree2136 not sorted completely।।। but do like this,,,place utensils in such a way that when lower spray arm runs it's water should be directly showered to compartment,,no obstacles in between them,,,so when detergent compartment opens showering water will take it down,,,,only option and solution

@@anushree2136 also there was an option to mix water in detergent required per wash only and make it paste/gel,,pour in conpartment,,,it will easily drop down...but not make full bottle,,it's efficiency gets down as per fortune dishwasher detergent powder company respondent....

Sorry, plz don't try any detergent...youtube per fake videos jyada chalti hai...flipkart and Amazon provide a wide range of detergent....which are pocket friendly...I always use fortune combo

दिदी मैने आज ही लिया है ये मॉडल इनटेन्शिव मोड पर चलाया पर यह सबा घण्टे में ही end दिखाने लगा और 4 बार इसने ठंडे पानी से ही बर्तन छोए 15 मिनट के अन्तराल मे ऐसे पूरा एक घंटा मे 4 बार ठंडा पानी में धोने के बाद 15 मिनट ड्राई मेड पर आ गया और 15 मिनट बाय end दिखाने लगा एक भी बार गर्म पानी में नहीं धोए टोटल 1घंटा 15 मिनट का पूरा साइकल कर लिया जबकी इन्टेनशिव मोड पर 2घंटे लेना चाहिए था और सभी बर्तन चिकने थे कृपया दीदी बताइये में क्या करूं आज ही डेमो लिया है। रिटर्न पातिशी ॥ मार्च तक की है। कृपया उत्तर दें कोई शोल्यूशन हो तो

Never buy voltas beko dishwasher. this is my recommendation based on latest experience mentioned here in comment. I doubt there is fraudulant customer service exploiting customer and company both.False promises are given.Just after installation product had problem within 10 days.

I am using it from last 5 years and I strongly recommend it. If there is some problem then voltas service is also very good. It has 2 year full warranty. My neighbors use IFB and they started facing problems within 6 months and I have not faced any problem from last 5 years.

Using it for 4 years now without any issue. It's okay to highlight your issue, but don't go ahead and mislead customers This is the best dishwasher at an affordable price. Other brands are literally selling at ₹10-15k upwards with same features
