Whenever the lights would go out in our class, we would all cheer because all of us are the children of darkness... That or we're not-so secretly vampires... Either way it works. And when the lights would go on, we would scream- "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" And party as if it was ment to happen... It was the middle of JULY! ... And where was my teacher in all this? ... Right in front of the room. Leading the crowd. That moment I had to question sanity... I don't know if I should question theirs or mine. I lost it. Then someone would alert us that the principal was going to pass by and you'd think that Andy came to life from Toy Story. Because the next thing I know, the class finally acted to the expected standard of normalcy... Best freakin actors of the year. The freakin liars! Actin as angels!... I was one of them... Until we realized that the kid who cried wolf had lied... Safe to say, the students have been unleashed!

I remember in fifth grade the power went out in the whole school and we had the door open to our classroom and one, JUST ONE light flicker on right outside our door.. We lost our shit everyone was screaming, I was flailing around the room talking about how we were gonna get murdered by Chucky or someone and I remember one kid started crying because of me, even better the kindergartners had there Christmas concert(the one for the parents) in the gym at the time it happend I also remember that I knew some who was in our (haunted) bathroom too and they were luckily on the toilet cuz they shit themselves

One time, I was about to talk in front of the class for this project that I was so proud about. I prepared so much for it and when I was next to stand up, all my classmates stood up in a hurry too. I didn't know why until I stood up myself and- AW SHOOT! IT'S AN EARTHQUAKE! My teachers were rushing us out afterwards and just like an idiot, I stood there for ten seconds. Contemplating whether I should take my disaster safety bag... or my project. I really like my project though... I was about to take it when I realized that *I can't present this outside!* ... That and there's food in the bag. So I took the emergency bag instead! Feeling proud of myself, I was about to walk out when suddenly, this classmate of mine came rushing in and was shouting- "DUDE! I GOT YOUR BAG FOR YA!" Basically, after rushing to safety, he came back to get my other classmate's bag. Which was the one thing my teacher told us never to do. And I was like... I wish I had a friend like that. But then I realized that my exit buddy was missing... I tried to find the guy, only to find out later that he partnered up with someone else and left before I did... And all this time, I didn't think once about my siblings until I calmly got out of the school and THAT'S when I began to panic. When the earthquake was already over. It was a lesson for me that I am never going to survive an apocalypse and couldn't be trusted with my sibling's safety. My siblings' ages ranged from first year to kindergarten kids. Honestly, I don't know why my parents still expects me to be trustworthy with them... But the worst part? The *worst* part is that this happened in our *last subject!* Why didn't it just happen in the first class!? What is even the point of an actual earthquake when we can't get a day off from it!? They might be happy that it at least stopped one class, but not me! Because that was the one class where I made a project that I actually wanted to share! So the next day, the adrenaline was gone and I didn't present my project as enthusiastically. So the project was a bust. Injuries? Nah. It was just a small earthquake so no one got hurt. So there's that... Oh... And the school still stood... I don't know what to feel about that part actually... *True story.* 😐
