@@KingVick801 Yeah, this farm relies on a duplication glitch, which most servers disallow. Either because with enough of them it could lag the servers down, or because of the unfair advantages gained out of duping. If you're doing multiplayer on a public server, there's nothing wrong with simply asking the admins/mods what duping glitches are allowed and disallowed, most mods will give you a link to the server discord or the server FAQ that explains it all, and if no duping is allowed at all, you can always use dripstone with lava facing into cauldrons to create infinite lava, which is an intended function of the game. 1 dripstone and 1 lava source block will give you a bucket of lava basically as soon as the furnace is out of fuel. You can semi-automate it too using minecarts with chests and hoppers.

Better advice use chaecoal bc u can use ot to make charcoal its renewable and unlimited as long as you start with at least one tree. This is also really good advice for RL craft bc until u get a dragon canteen you need charcoal and paper to make charcoal filters for pure water so you dont get parasites and the the thirst affect (until you get a dragon/magic canteen)

You can get quite a bit of charcoal just from 1 coal by burning wood (good use for ugly birch trees) and the charcoal works just the same. You can multiply the amount of coal you have without having to find more coal

Cons: - costs 26 iron, a bit of quartz and who has coral before infinite coal? - requires very tall room - only one furnace - really loud - uses glitches to dupe carpets (which is not really and issue) I suggest using lava farm instead. 1 cauldron and dripstone are enough to supply for one time smelt which is basically the point of this farm. It is infinitely extendable and with 26 iron you could get 3 cauldrons overpowering the farm with triple the smelting speed while saving 5 iron for one bucket and 2 iron to spare. Lava farms are compact and very easy to build and they aren't using any unintended features. The only sound which they could make is lava popping but that will be unnoticed by most of players.

Just make a lava farm with dripstone and cauldrons, and you’ll have unlimited fuel and no lag issues. Plus lava lasts a long time so you can smelt a lot from one bucket. If you need lava to start the farm, take a stack of buckets to the nether and you’ll have all the lava you could ever need.

I seem to remember I've found a few tools with mending already on them somewhere, but I can't really remember. The other items I would not consider late game. Just mine some iron and so on. (Though the observer needs quarts, so you need a nether portal but that's hardly late game these days)

It's not very simple but that's because it's small and compact. You have to place like 15 blocks total including redstone dust.

@@skeptic_lemon im a technical minecrafter that is very simple compared to what we make. 15 blocks is nothing. have you ever made a 360 degree ender pearl cannon? also this design is very stupid you can achieve better with honey blocks or slime blocks make it more compact than this 15 stupid blocks. and make it even automatic so it wont flood the server if the hopper is full

If you collect a few bones for bone meal put 4 jungle or dark oak saplings together and make a big tree then collect the fallen saplings and repeat you get stacks of wood which you can turn into charcoal. Plus you dont have to clear out an entire forest for days you can do it right next to your base. I recently found this out eith the 4 saplings trick and now do this after building a mob spawner to easily get bones and other loot. U can get a single chest full with a diamond axe in about 20 to 30 minutes

@@zyzyaw going to the nether requires a diamond pickaxe if you are a respectable human being, you are a piece of dog shit in a trash can you can go easier, but getting diamond can take as long as a couple minutes or as hours, last world I created it took me 3 hours of mining getting diamond for a pickaxe and an enchanting table, sometimes rng is not on your side even if stretch mining, so quartz it's something that cannot be done in early early game. Anyways you do not need to change from coal yo another fuel resource until "late game" so I doesn't matter, you gotta think that you might not have a life and play Minecraft for hours, but usually people who plays Minecraft is pretty casual players to the game, as me, my main game is lost ark

Charcoal is super easy… cut down a big spruce and you have anywhere from a stack to a stack and a half of logs… plenty to use some as building material, some as fuel and the rest for charcoal… it is a pretty good roi… otherwise make a bamboo or kelp farm, then you dont have to dupe stuff.

I remember making a carpet duplicator. I forgot to disable it and went afk to a creeper farm nearby. The server and game was REALLY LAGGY and when I enter the chunk the dup is in, the game crashes. It was hard but we managed to clear the entities

Just use a lava dripstone farm. Lava smelts 100 items in a regular furnace. It takes one in-game day for a cauldron to fill with lava from a dripstone so just get 3-5 cauldrons and you’re set for fuel.

Yes guys it's simple for redstone standards, but it's not simple because of the space it takes up, just to make a noisy carpet farm, when carpets only smelt like half an item a piece of I'm not mistaken

If you take the stalagmites from caves, get a bucket with lava, you can place the lava block on your ceiling, and then have a block right under it, with the stalagmite on it. Then have it drip into a cauldron! (Lava can burn I think roughly 100 blocks per bucket)
