If anything, Mika would need mats from the cryo cube. So far only Eula and Aloy (who doesn't really count) use the cryo cube. Also I wouldn't be surprised if Mika used wolfhook because of it's medicinal properties and because only Razor so far needs them. (Let's see how terribly this ages)😅

Actually, on the 3.5 versoon preview page (the one you can find in Paimon menu) they already have his mats. He needs Setekh Wenut as his boss materials and Wolfhook as local specialty He doesn't need cryo cube, don't pre-farm it!! Unless you're also waiting for Eula, and you don't have her, because she's the character who needs it
