I think this is the most concise and insightful video on daytrading on the internet, and I've been watching hundreds of them. You're a great teacher, Thor!

Thank you, fellow BBT member, Thor Young for clearly explaining how pivots are created by a high-volume push past a former ceiling; tested later on low volume, respected and confirmed as the new floor. I finally get this essential VPA perspective on pivots!

Thank you Thor for making those wonderful vpa videos. Just one quick question. In this video you mentioned that it hold 19.60 level quite well and it also did several tests with low volumes which confirmed that level as lower pivot. But I also have seen some other stocks that is holding a critical level with high volumes but still managed to go up. What could be the differences between these 2 scenarios Thank you.

Hey Thor, great vids! Do you draw your pivots off the wicks or candle close? Thanks man!

Great Tutorial! So helpful. Are you saying here that we should always wait for the pullback after a level is broken?

Hello, great info! Question: when day trading, do you find it best to look for anomaly’s on 1min or 5min? For entry, exit etc. Thank you!

Question. And let me preface by saying that VPA and the R concept is something new I am adding into my trade plans. I understand the concept that taking 150$ off the table with a risk of 150$ is 2:1 P/L Raito. That would also make that taking profit at 2R correct?? That seems logical but I want to be sure those are expressed as I am understanding it. And as always Thank you for your time and these videos!!

Thanks Thor for the lesson. Learnt a great lot by observing. Are the blue horizontal lines drawn manually to mark your pivots?

Yes they are. Glad you enjoyed it.

Such a great video Thor!!! I'll watch this a few times to try and absorb everything you covered. I LOVED the live trade feel! Is the price action replay only available on the simulator? or is it available on live accounts too?
@BBshoptechie3 жыл бұрын
Replay is available on live accounts! All you need to do is switch the mode and download the tickers info. It uses your paper account.
@dfletcher20073 жыл бұрын
@@BBshoptechie So I can use the replay feature but for some reason it wont allow me to take paper trades like you do in the video. I have been in touch with my broker about it, but I was wondering if you had any ideas as to what the problem might be?

thanks Thor for sharing. Usually stocks trend more to the upside than shorts. is that correct? i see u are more long bias, or for trending u prefer on the long side. is that statement correct? why is that? thanks!
@BBshoptechie3 жыл бұрын
In today’s market being a bull market stocks tend to trend better to the upside. I do trend stocks with weak catalyst. This is a result of the market and if that should change and become more bearish that may well change.
