How woudl you know that a o ring had been cut when it reassembled?

OMG! Getting the air can to click into position was nearly impossible! I couldn't keep the shock from compressing because it took both hands and a strap wrench to push the can down.

I can't for the life of me get the canister back on passed the last O ring! About to blow a fuse! This took me five minutes on my db inline

Blimey needed the summon the powers of greyskull to get it over the second o ring. Didn't get a click as such but can fit the clip back. Take it thats ok?

Freaking impossible and you work only 10am - 4:45pm probably with an hour lunch.... great customer support. I'll try to return this useless shock

I'm totally stuck here. I can't reassemble, can't get it to click over the 2nd O-ring. This is so frustrating, my shock is new useless, and there are no service centers nearby.
