Gave his life for our freedom.
He became an example of the highest love and self-sacrifice.
Took his last mortal combat on 03/20/2023. Eternal memory to the hero.

(I hope this IS your name, it's what the transcript said) Thank you for having the courage to travel to far away places, to fight on the side of freedom and righteousness, as our ANZAC forebears did 100 years ago. Aotearoa is proud of our new heroes. So sorry for the loss of Kane. At the moment, it's probably not much consolation to his friends and family that he died a hero and will be remembered as such. I hope that soon the joy of his memory will outweigh the pain of his loss. Heroyam slava.
