The hdhu14+ will never display gauges as it does not have the needed hardware but the new WHD14+ can once you add in the unlock kit which adds software and hardware to that radio. 30-45 day eta

Does adding an additional battery to your motorcycle for your amplifiers have any benefits?

That depends on your system, total amperage draw and if your within the charging ability of the stator and regulator. I prefer lithium titan8 batteries for the extended play time without running the engine

This only works on bikes that use these Soundstream radios, your 2024 cvo st does not

So I have the hdhu14+ with the maestro. My head unit displays the gauges but with no data. Will the eventual update you reference allow these gauges to be functional? I hope so!!

@@mikeburke2219 the 14+ never had gauges, you must have a hdhu14si, make sure your maestro is up to date, the update to make gauges work with thundermax is from thundermax and updates your ecm
