In Minneapolis, we have a very busy freeway that was originally designed to preserve a patch of prairie between both lanes. After so many complaints of crashes caused from the sharp turn in the road to keep this prairie Legislation was passed to abandon the "Island" prairie and finally reconstruct it to take out the curve. SMH over who had the bright idea to keep a bit of prairie near a high-speed road that no driver could appreciate.

You can trim it , to make contrasts between the different types of plants you have..Invasive weeds should be pulled before they seed..There is a difference of plant life , between the valleys and the hills ,,like he said. Feel the land and good luck 🦉
