See how orangutan populations are affected by the palm oil industry in Borneo.
Catherine Capon travelled to Samboja Lestari Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre in Indonesia to investigate how the BOS Foundation are helping orphan orangutans learn the skills to go back to the wild:

I have been to Sabah next to Sandakan in the Malaysian part of Borneo and I was fascinated, how they are helping to grow up young abandoned Orang Utans. Great , and I am happy to participate with some donation at least.

It's So sad what they are doing. I feel angry that they are destroying the natural habitats. These beautiful creatures have just as much rights to live here as we do. I blame the greedy capitalists for all this. It should be stopped and people should be made more aware of this, why it is happening and who is doing it. We should stop buying products in the supermarkets that contain palm oil. Put these greedy parasites out of business.

He just put a rare case if needed. I think the funding is needed more to pay for the orangutans food, rangers salary, some equipment and if can buy land before some corporation buy land and turn into palm oil trees.
