Volvo 740 Turbo Gets A New Heart! A Boosted Brick Lives Again!

In this episode of Long Automotive, we swap a new B230 into our special guest Swede Werks turbo Volvo 740. This turbo brick has been sitting blown up for several years. At long last it is back together and boosting as it should. Follow along as we revive this super cool station wagon.

The legendary turbo brick 👍 15 psi of boost is super safe for a redblock. Breathing 30psi into mine with stock internals (output 400whp / 500Nm)

Ideally the dump valve/blow off valve should be as close to the throttle body as possible 👍

Man you have some cool stuff. Miss my 244, i had a 74 with a pushrod b20 in it. Hilariously slow. Also i love that GTI on the ronals, really takes me back, i need another one of those.
