Volvo B9TL CDGE Euro 3 (Tribute)

Back with the Series of Buses MV's
and this time,a really special tribute to the first generation of Wheelchair Accessible Buses.
The Volvo B9TL CDGE Euro 3 was introduced in 2006, Making it the first Euro 3 Bus and the first WAB Bus in Singapore.
SBS Transit brought around 200 Units of this version of the B9TL.Assembled with the Comfort Delgro Engineering (CDGE) bodywork, making it much more different then the Euro 5 versions of the Volvo B9TL.
Unlike the Euro 5 counterparts,the CDGE'S is a Low Entry Bus and was originally introduced with the Classic SBS Destos (or Sign boards) and was later on replaced by the current Mobitec EDS.
They were originally in SBS Transit's main Livery before getting referbushed in 2018 and repainted to LTA'S Lush Green livery.
The CDGE'S were once a common face of SBST'S fleet,that it appears in all depot's of SBS Transit (except SEDEP).But,in 2021,in conjunction with the DTL thing again,199 Units of the Volvo B9TL CDGE's were retired, wiping off the majority of the CDGE fleet.
In 2023,SBS 7376Y was officially Preserved by ITE West and SBS Transit and is used as a class room,and yes,you can visit it but don't enter it.
September 2023 also marks the end of our CDGE'S as they have come to the end of their retirement age.
To the bus that many of us grew up with also,thank you for serving us CDGE'S 🥲
