volvo d13 BAD fan control solenoid fuse location

this video shows the location of the fuse that gets blown when the fan control solenoid gos bad by internal short circuit . its a 15amp fuse and location is FE9 and description is EMS2. a good solenoid shoud show a resistance of around 35ohms and consumes only about 0.25Amp at 12V.

So wat was the issue fan clutch switches shorted internally?

I replace the fuse put a new selinoid and keep blowing

That means the plus wire that goes to the solenoid is shorted somewhere before it gets to the selenoid... possibly insulation got rubed off and it touches the frame somewhere.
