Volvo DEF tank level sensor replacement process.

For anyone curious. This sensor is 3 in-1. Level sensor, DEF heater, and DEF quality sensor. If you're constantly having a " poor DEF quality detected. Parked regen needed" message, one of the main things to check is the quality sensor connector right behind the DEF heater solenoid, next to the urea pump. Mine was broken, after replacing 2x NOx sensors, diff pressure sensor, cleaning DPF, and a whole bunch of things, the problem still existed, till I replaced this 3-in-1 unit. Good Luck!
