Ivan Masaryk Open pipe in this truck means no catalyst so it is not EURO 6 if I'm right. Vehicle should not pass technical inspection. Maybe exhaust emissions in slovakia is not important/checking like for example in UK where every year have to be checked. :)

***** It Euro6. But I do not know what adjustments there are all enslaved. Emission control here in Slovakia is quite strict, but the black smoke is any fact that the truck is already overheated whereas to face the day showing off.
