Volvo - How to Update apps with Volvo Sensus Connect

When your car is connected to the Internet, you can easily download and update apps directly from the car's centre display. You also have the option to uninstall apps.

B5 2020 and downloads never start. I click download and then after a second or so it says "paused" which I was never able to start it. The dealer says nothing but bring the car over to connect the car to the system...
