Volvo V40 D2 Chapter 4 - Driving Assistants

Hi! I was wondering if you could help me figure this out: My Volvo V40 D2 R-Design 2013 model, manual transmission has been popping up one ugly image on the display where the view from the top of the car (plan of the car) appears when the driver's door is open. This image is about the size of the car plan on the display. It flashes and disappears once it catches my attention. What could this be? The last time this happened, I did an emergency stop and reversed the car because I missed a turn in a very poorly lit road. I've searched the vehicle manual and the internet to find a possible explanation but couldn't find anything. Also you should know that whenever I do an emergency stop, the brake pedal vibrates as though the brake disks have bumps on them. Any idea what this might be? Or suggestions where I can find answers will be very appreciated. Thank you.

I have some problems with the speed limiter. It's off, but if I drive more than 149km/h comes the warning sound... Has anybody a advise for me? Thank You!

My v40 cc doesn't adjust the mirrors in reverse ...🙁do you know if I can turn it on from the infotainment?

Hi there, I'm not sure of this feature is standard on every V40, but you should be able to change this setting in the setting menu of the car (indeed, through the infotainment).

@@djtnfjcmr mine does not have it either, but I do have the reverse camera so I think that you can either have one or the other.

No, this car only has the regular cruise control.

@@guitigefilmpjes Dunno how you find it using the buttons on the steering for cruise. Lexus and old BMW had that stick was so much nicer
