Volvo XC90 Evaporator core and Dashboard removal full guide in Hindi

In this video I show you how to remove Volvo XC90 Dashboard and evaporator core assembly
I do not recommend to tackle this job it is cruel and no short cut permitted
It’s a two person job there is lots of work in Dashboard side and engine side the cords bar under the dash is a headache and wiring systems is a mess to handle

Thanks for the great video! Quick question for you. Do you have an idea of how long it would take to remove the dash, change one of the blend door actuators and reinstall the dash? (Nothing else would need to be changed.). Trying to decide if I need to purchase and parts before removing dash. Thanks!!

Book time to do a blower motor is 6.4hrs. I would imagine about 5 hrs total

Thanks 🙏 Yes, you will have to open the dashboard for the new XC90 model of this type as the pipe locks come at the top of the dashboard. And in the old model, its pipe locks come in the left hand side.
