Volvo XC940 Making an Off-Road Rear Tube Bumper

The lifted Volvo 940 aka XC940 needed a new rear bumper and what suits the car better than a tube bumper?! We are fabricating a rear tube bumper for the Volvo 940 out of 45mm and 30mm tubing with our new hydraulic tube bender.

geweldig meer nlers die zijn wagen doen verhogen ik heb zelf paar jaar met groene golf 2 rond gerijden verhoogt met bullbar en sta nu op punt om mijn huidige standaart golf te gaan verhogen en aan te passen onder een lier en zelfs een sneeuwploeg/blad aan de voor zijden haha. Ben benieuwd wat je gaat bouwen en ik vind het heeel dik !

Bekijk eens Raptor Liner om de bumpers mee te spuiten is een 2k coating die je eventueel zelfs kunt kleurmatchen aan de auto.

Keijo Yes. It was a “fixerup” and flip it car but turned out to be a rusty piece of junk.. one side got a new floor panel and sills, other side still needs to be fixed.
