when i was 10 year old i was obsessed with this game. i often sneaked out of home when my parents were asleep(in fall and winter) and go for a adventurous walks at night. lonely, dark woods and lonesome roads,...great good memories!!! no one knew what i did and i was never catched offguard. 🤗

My favorite Castlevania, and one of the best soundtracks in gaming history imo. When the clip hits at 0:17 of "Silence in the Daylight" man, the nostalgia hits rightnin the feels. I have this on my Spotify gaming playlist; id love to have that clip come on when walking through a random town. Love this medley soooo much!

Timeless soundtrack for a cryptic and obtuse game. That was such a weird trend back then, so many first sequels on the NES had their formulas changed. They didn't know what they were establishing on their debut games of these franchises was going to end up being a time-tested standard and benchmark for future installments. But kudos to all those developers for trying something new the second go around, even if some didn't keep those changes.
