I think this is "technical aggrotech" Those melodies are too dystopian and dark to be a dubstep genre It's more inclined to industrial metal and since it has more electronics in it while having a black metal shriek, it's definitely aggrotech While the beginning reminds me a lot of infant annihilators so it's quite technical
