@@Archii700 i don't have much idea about neet , but as far as i know i feel that in terms of studying chemistry both jee and neet students have to study the same things but it is just that as neet students have to solve lot of questions in less time during the exam , thereby you might get a bit of simple questions in the exam compared to jee students . But still if you want to score high then better watch brief for organic .
