It is very difficult to put all the wires back in that tiny place. Voro Motors should have shortened those 3 big lengthy wires coming from the outside to the controller. Before you disconnect any connectors, put tape on both sides and mark them with letters or numbers, so you know which connectors go together.

I appreciate the thorough video, but this wire routing is a mess. Cables way longer than necessary, makes it very difficult to get everything back in place. By far the hardest part of replacing the controller.
