The original song is very creative (short version), it can be played in reverse and it sounds the exact same • Video
The first chorus is the reversed part, E-E-D-C, opposite to chorus 2, C-D-E-E. I tried to make it sound like there is a delay so the melody feels upside down in 1:10.
Most of the verse 1 is in swing rhythm, but in verse 2 I changed it back to straight rhythm in 1:48 to have more variation
In chorus 3:13, the melody is a combination of chorus 1 (reversed) and the new melody introduced in the bridge 2:43. It is very challenging to arrange because it could easily get too messy or clunky.
