Oh cool! Yea, so far so good with mine as well...hard to beat it for the money. Vortex has an excellent military/LEO/Vet program as well...makes it a no-brainer and one of the best values out there.

For the same price range would you rather have this or the Arken optic? Can’t decide which one I want

I can't say anything one way or the other about Arken, but I'm on my second one of these scopes and will continue to purchase them. I also have other Vortex optics that I've had great luck with.

I ordered one and it will be mounted on a Remington 700 SPS Varmint .22-250. I'm looking forward to shooting out to 400 to 500 yards....

You will be very happy with this scope if you "still hunt" and use 10x or more. The retical grads is almost impossible to see at the 4x due to it being a FFP . Mine sits atop a .22DTI and is a MRad, furthest I have shot so far is 700m. and it could easily adjust out to 1000m. plus. Return is spot on at ranges in between.

Do u have any idea which butler creek eye cap and objective size will fit on this scope ?

I do not, unfortunately. I've just been running the bikini scope cover since I don't hunt with this set up. Might drop a line to Vortex and/or Butler Creek. I'm sure they can recommend a size. In the past, I've walked into a shop, scope in hand and just fitted them until I've found the right size. If you find the right size, would you mind posting back? I'll make a sticky post for others.

I've picked up two of these in 6-24X50 through the same Vortex program. One is on my RPR the other is on my wife's AR-10. Both are pretty damn solid scopes.
