Sunday cozy: shopping, cooking favorite dishes, flying a kite 🪁

Hello everyone. In this video, I share interesting and simple recipes that are perfect for a leisurely weekend afternoon. Shopping at the local supermarket and enjoying a Sunday afternoon with my family.
Ingredients for lazy stuffed cabbage 🥬
450-500 g of minced meat (preferably both pork and beef in equal proportions)
1 large head of onion
1-2 garlic cloves
1-2 carrots
300 g white cabbage
120-160 g rice
Olive oil for frying
Salt and spices to your taste
Tomato paste or finely chopped tomatoes
250 ml cream or sour cream
450 ml water
Total cooking time - 1 hour
Quiche with vegetables and bacon 🥓
For the base of the quiche, sand dough will do. I bought already prepared dough.
Filling:
Your favorite mixed vegetables
Chopped onions
200-2500 g bacon
4 eggs
250-300 ml cream
Grated cheese
Salt, nutmeg and ground black pepper to taste.
Bake the quiche in a preheated oven to 180- 40 minutes, baking mode - top - bottom. However, cook time see according to your oven.

Добрый день, большое спасибо ☺️ Рецепт пирога прост: Киш с овощами и беконом 🥓 Для основы пирога подойдет песочное тесто. Я купила уже готовое тесто. Начинка: Ваша любимая овощная смесь Репчатый лук 200-2500 г бекона 4 яйца 250-300 мл сливок Тертый сыр Соль, мускатный орех и черный молотый перец по вкусу. Дополнительную информацию вы сможете найти в описании к ролику.
