Absoluttely Stunning Venue, and Henning is a really nice and friendly host. Definately one of the better maintained spots to fish at, and even if you don't fish it's still a very nice place to just enjoy nature.

Hi Muhammad, what started working well was Looti and Vicks. If you going for a few days, started feeding once you there and then only fish those feeding spots the next day. The last few time we went, the fishing was slowish. But that was also before all the rain, so it could’ve picked up now. Another good thing to use would be Gumtree.

For the dough, I got the whole recipe on the S1,Ep19 video, so go check it out💪🏻... For the Vaal river, the most important thing is to pre feed for about two days and then go fish, now not all of us that type of time on our hand, I sure don’t. So what works well in the river is gumtree sms FX on your ball and gumtree floats, with plain white dough. You gonna wait for a while but the fish will take it. Otherwise, just fish as normal. Garlic floats with garlic dough and whatever dip you really want! If you catch a small fish, cut it up and go for Barbel! Spray some Maximus on it and you will catch the barbel. Use the head or a fillet! ( If you use the head, crush it and remove the full plates.) Keep the fishing simple, don’t through to much dip on your ball and mix to many dip combos, fish with what you like! Having said that! Dips I like are: Tjop Tjop, sniper and Perdeby. - Gumtree and FX, with gumtree mielies on the hook - Looti and Vicks - banjo and Stuttaford O. - Jumbos Lipstick with lipstick floats! There has been a lot of water coming into the Vaal river, so I am not sure how the fish are going to bite! Good luck though and have fun!
