Just bought the Thunderbird with S35VN, so this one will have to wait. Probably a good thing considering the price I got for mine, even though the price for that one is good, especially if you get it right now for 15% off.

How well does Vosteed usually treat their Elmax? Their website usually says hrc 60±2, which is too wide of a range for me to make a judgement.

I haven’t tested their Elmax but their S35VN was 61hrc and the cutting performance test was great. Almost 200ft of cutting 👍
