Hi Greg. I love your watches and I own three of them. I tried to contact Vostok Europe recently regarding buying two replacement leather straps for my two Gaz Limo watches and discovered that they could care less in helping me. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and back up from Vostok Europe and it has put me off the brand now. Don't get me wrong the watches I love but to be dismissed in such a way as a customer is just not acceptable. Both of my Gaz leather straps have perished with little use and I can't get any help locating authentic Vostok Europe replacements. Makes me wonder if the two year warranty is worth the paper that it is written on.
