i am a super visor and forklift instructor , if you are in my team i would send you home fired same day because you don't follow up safety instruction, seat belt is the first safety instructions , it is a priority regardless you are skilled operator or not, besides traveling forward and backward without complete stop which could cause damages to the machine, working fast is not an acceptable excuse to neglict safety instructions
@Vosty1206 жыл бұрын
so you still do not work here, they would rather be thrown out of you

The truth is painful some times but you have to accept it , You are very negligent to follow safety instructions, this is the truth .
@torbendk27776 жыл бұрын
dode dada Are you an operator yourself? I'm guessing from your comments, that you're not, so practically you don't know what you're talking about. For starters, Linde forklifts don't have to make a complete stop for shift of dereliction, they have a converter, not gears. So therefore there's nothing to get damage.. Often if you're not fast enough, you ain't getting enough done. And you're fired. If you know you're job, you know we're you're colleagues are. I have been operating forklifts for 10+ years now, and I tell you, yes he's doing some things not by the book, but this is the way it's done in the real world...
@albertpagesgardo41696 жыл бұрын
I don't know in your country, but in Spain, the safety belt is not a mandatory if the truck has solid doors or safety doors. And this guy is driving a Linde with hydrostatic transmission, he doesn't need to stop before he changes to reverse or forward, there is no gears. Maybe he could drive following the "safety book" (no turns with forks up, all the reverse drive with direct view, loading always the goods closer to the forks positioner, etc.) but in the real world, that is how is drive a forklift.

in germany is enough when the Forklift have a closed Cabine. But Companys can be define that he wants to use the seatbelt ^^.
@marcin.the.gamer.5 жыл бұрын
Seatbelts become great with open cabin. If fork gonna fall on side or front, you just keep the wheel strong and belts do the rest. Better stay inside and just lie on side safely. Jumping off in last second usually can risk beeing Crushed to death even. And seatbelt keep you safe inside in center position. Also these words told us instructor, a primary director of work center school. He also worked in forklifts at hes young age.
@deetron37843 жыл бұрын
seatbelt ist a must if you driving forklifter without doors , hes driving fine.
