Well i guess he's saying that once all the votes have been counted and turned in we will have a total close to that of 2020. We shall see because right now some 16 to 20 million democrats seem to have fell off the planet after 2020.

81-67 = 14 million. Trump himself is down 3 mil. 2020 was an election won by a coalition of center right and the entire left wing of the democrat party, but 4 years of government facing increasing inmigration, the war in Ukraine (along with the inflationary period) and the Gaza war left the party severily crippled

Right now there is about 13 million less democrat votes than in 2020. But far from all votes have been counted - especially in California with only 55% reported votes as time of writing. Meaning we can expect 4-5 million additional democrat votes from California. And in the rest of the country there is several millions additional democrat votes waiting to be counted too. In the end the difference between 2020 and 2024 will be a few millions, which is nothing extraordinary considering the giant shift in traditionally democrat voting Latino voters going towards Trump, apathy towards the democrats with Arab Americans and Gen Z voters because the war in Palestine and the fact that the unemployment rates and working from home numbers in 2020 gave lots of people more free time to have time to vote.

There were 15 million counterfeit ballots manufactured by the Democrat machine in Chicago - then distributed nationwide - and counted for Joe Biden in the 2020 election. The Democrats under Obama and Biden then opened the borders to any and all who showed up hoping to cover up for the anomaly.

Biden got 81 million votes in 2020. Harris got 67 million votes in 2024. Of the 14 million vote deficit for Harris, about 3.5 million voted for Trump because the price of eggs is too high, while 11 million simply didn't show up. Democrats don't really know their own voters, which is why they are whipsawed between feast and famine.

Deep blue California is at 55% vote count and nationwide it’s at 87%. We can expect like 5-10 million additional democrat votes coming in - meaning the difference from 2020 will be anything from 2-7 million less votes for the democrats. Not that strange considering the massive red wave with Latino voters, apathetic Arab and Gen Z voters hating both candidates and the fact that covid just made more people have more free time to vote due to unemployment or working from home.

You also have to keep in mind that in 2020 the population was roughly 329.5 million vs. 346 million in 2024, so roughly 16 million more people as well. I know they're still counting votes but it's really interesting that the vote count isn't higher than it is.

Harris have about 69 million votes at the time of writing. But in California (the biggest but by far slowest counting state) only 55% of the votes are counted, meaning there are about 5 million additional democrat votes coming in. And throwing in the rest of the country that isn’t done counting we can expect a few million votes more (with lots for Trump too). Probably putting the final democratic vote tally at roughly 76 million. Only a drop with about 5 million compared to 2020, which isn’t weird considering the massive realignment of Latino and other minority voters shifting sides in droves, apathetic Arab and Gen Z voters boycotting Harris due to the war in Gaza and the fact that in 2020 lots more people were unemployed or worked from home and had way more free time to vote due to covid - and thus didn’t vote in 2024 due to work.

Well, there was a lot of mail-in ballots and harvesting. Basically, people didn't have to put in the effort to vote, they were mailed a ballot, then someone would show up to retrieve the ballot and help them fill it out if needed.

What's weird personally in my County it said that we had more registered voters in 2020 then we have now. It looked like in 2020 we have over 1 million registered voters in my county in Florida but this year we only have like 800,000. Now it says the turnout was only like 60 something percent back then and that was like 84% but 84% of less voters is less voters

Amazing to think that in the most important election ever that it appears that overall less people in the total electorate voted in 2024 versus 2020! Would it have anything to do with the fact that the much maligned and questionable postal votes didn't materialise in the numbers they did as they did in 2020. To me I would have thought more people would have voted but no approx 2.5 million less votes this time. Please do your own research and check it out.....

Democratic voters are poor citizens. They turn out to vote when they are in enough pain but at no other time. Clinton was elected in 1992 due to recession. Obama was elected in 2008 due to recession. Biden was elected in 2020 in the midst of a major crisis with economic repercussions. That's when a decisive number of Democrats show up to vote. Otherwise, they lack commitment. Republicans are committed. That's how a minority of voters just won the popular vote and all three branches of the federal government. Put a Democrat in thumb screws, and she'll vote to stop the pain. Tell her the country needs her, and she'll shrug her shoulders.

Not true. 2020 was a bad year. A really bad year for some of us. So, if we voted against Trump for his handling of the nation then we did. 2020 was just motivated voters. 2024 was just the loss of them. For Kamala's defense, a lot of "supposed to be Democrat voters" just didn't go vote. Like me. And it proves it if Trump just won 2 million more votes, while Kamala didn't even come close to Biden's 81 million motivated voters. And if honestly, if you think of the population growth pace of the country and for Trump to just win 2 million more votes than 2020 and Kamala to not get above 75 million, what it really shows is that Americans weren't to keen of either candidate. Nothing really changed for Trump, but a lot did for the new Democrat candidate. The Democrat hype to oust Trump from office in 2020 is over, too much is going on, we just don't know anymore. And really starting to not care.

Today's numbers show 68 million for Harris, 73 million for Trump. Biden got 81 million votes in 2020. Even then, he squeaked out victories in the battleground states by less than 300,000 total votes between all of them. Harris has 13 million fewer votes. It's really no more complex than that.
