Very well said. It does matter, especially in small local elections. Often people overlook those, even though they are more directly affected by them, and their vote holds more weight. Can't always win, can't always have candidates you love, but by carefully considering and voting, that is a part of working towards good changes.

Definitely won’t support candidates who are going to continue funding genocide. And even the other things like congress or justices I’ll vote for but they are all the same too because if you say anything against APAC as a candidate I’m certain they didn’t win their primaries…

Its not enough to ‘hold your nose and pick the lesser of 2 evils’ .. Theres no option to register dissent, youre not voting against anyone.. whoever you choose youll endorse the extremists of one group. And this is why as an independent in florida who knows my vote doesnt count; im writing my own name in. Screw these people. What an unfunny joke this has become.. i was the person who bought it completely, fully though this country was about something.. but my whole adult life these party loyalists have been tearing that idea down brick by brick. I dont think theres a reason for hope and i makes me so deeply sad

I love that idea! I am going to vote for Jill Stein but I definitely agree with your sentiment. We should continue to voice our dissent. Voting for either of these parties will only get us nowhere
