pano po kapag hindi po madetec yung file ng system naconnect ko na po yung database tas nag rurun po sya kaso di po sya makapag log in. tama naman po lahat ng credentials na nilagay ko sa log in pero di po sya mag open lagi po sya nag cannot find file.ano po gagawin ko?

Hi, I've connected the database provided to the project in Visual studio but I get the error "oops, an error occured while connecting to database" whenever I start the application. What could be the problem? This is kinda urgent please so I'd love it if you got back to me soon.

Make sure that the database is in the same folder of the application. If that doesn't fix it, try to change the build configuration to x86 or x64 instead of any CPU, then copy the database to the same folder of the application. If you still get the same error the version of your msaccess might be the cause. I use 2010 version in this project. If you have a different version try installing MSAccess 2010 Redistributable

Yes, the votes must be stored in the access database in order to get the tally of the final result.

@@stanningeveryone7811 The process of storing the votes will depend on the design of your database, in my case I created a separate table for the Votes itself with voter_id, and candidate_id columns. As for the chart I just keep trial and error, to achieve my desired output.

question, can the admin remove the voter's account and voter's vote or no? also, how long did it took you to finish this system?

Before the election begin, the admin can still remove a voter, but once the election start. Add/Update/Delete will not be allowed. It took me 3-4weeks to finish this project, since I'm using GunaUI for my design/UI, I finish it much faster.

Yes, to avoid manipulation of vote counts.
