The ammount of ammo he gets also plays a vital role, plenty of scenarios through the franchise he can solo the game with a cartridge and come on top as killing god with a 9mm and sheer conviction

Because it's one of those shows that flew right under the radar. While it, somehow, got a RP game based off it, from R Talsorian (of Cyberpunk fame), I am fairly sure it never got a English translation, certainly never a dub. Although it should be noted that the lack of a dub is actually a good thing as the voice cast in this show is.. *pretty* good (to put it mildly)
