U know what? I mostly feel tight on my chest upper my diaphragm i mean even when i relaxed em for an hour. N when i sing it's like i can't breathe n it's lack of air n things get tight in my voice n at the end it's straining. N frustration bcz i am working hard to cover my fav singers songs. What do u suggest? 🧡🧡🧡
