Countries which are dominant in global trade reflects in settlement of disputes . Treaties between countries and trade agreements bind the signatories of treaties in the specific field . Is validity of treaties in accordance with global laws. The answer is in the negative as they are not restricted to trade but it is mandatory to have a clause on how they would settle disputes .
