Everytime, I submitted any lucky draw which must include our mobile phone number, I would receive a call often on the following day from someone impersonating she was from DBS even on weekends trying to scam me. Suffice it to say, bank personnel do not call us for any matter unless we have given them a permission to return call for a good reason. Please ascertain our submission of lucky draws or whatever would be kept strictly confidential at all times. Please refer to the screenshots attached as a proof of my recordings. Thank you.
