You should add a meeting room for a select few mischievous vault dwellers can talk about devious things. Also you should add a very fancy room with there own living courters, and bathroom. Maybe add a room towards the bottom that had a experiment that went horrible and it's now very VERY radioactive. So it's closed down and boarded off to the public.
