I played it a lot and STRIDE also, and believe me that the real wish you will have is that Mirror's Edge to have VR support as STRIDE :) Because as today STRIDE in VR gives you the pure adrenaline of real life size scale on everything. And everything around with the Parkour moves looks spectacular in Virtual Reality O_o !!! Both games could have their own VR awesome fun

We release the game on different platforms consecutively to ensure a high quality game. At the moment we are focusing on releasing it on the Meta Quest platform =)

It’s a small but noticeable step up from the Quest 2. But nothing compares to the Index, although the wireless aspect of Quest 3 is fantastic. Makes playing very convenient.

Unfortunately quest all but killed off pcvr where the most potential for fully fleshed out games is. So now we have to wait for stand alone tech to get somewhere near pcvr level. I know that people like to act like the quest 3 is that good already, but i just cant see it. What's the point of better visuals when you still haven't got enough power to implement anything more than cartoon graphics. I guess at some point Meta will drop VR all together and just go full AR once they can get the technology small enough to fit in normal glasses. Then we might get a pcvr resurgence. I'm sticking with my Q2 and I'll just carry only playing the 3 or 4 pcvr games that iv been playing for the last 3 years.

The game is a 6/10 for me, the combat is alright, but it still has some jank, for example, manual reloading sometimes doesn’t work properly, and with some of the guns, I’ve ran into issues where the magazine simply would not insert into the gun, but I’m sure this is another bug that will be patched. The parkour is great……when it works, horizontal wall running feels restrictive, I’ve even run into issues where I can’t perform a wall run and I just bounce off of the wall, when climbing up obstacles, your hand tends to not register at times, this caused A LOT of fall related deaths. Don’t even get me started on the grapple hook, that thing rarely even works and fails to register most of the time. The game was marketed with the Slums in mind, ONLY FOR IT TO SHOW UP IN ONE FUCKING MISSION, they advertised this map just to cast it aside and use the same, boring generic city map that does a horrible job at mimicking Mirrors edge’s. Oh and the story, the story is absolute trash, and that says a lot considering the fact that this entire game was supposed to be a story driven game. The writing and acting was so bad, the characters were forgettable, hell, I’m pretty sure the devs even forgot about them, because some characters showed up, and then disappeared! Never to be seen or mentioned in the story ever again! Nick and that operator lady, are just bad characters in general, she would tell Nick to be ruthless against criminals, AND THEN GET MAD AT HIM FOR BEING BLOODTHIRSTY, don’t even get me started on her constantly spouting out “it’s against protocol!, it’s against protocol!”, holy shit that irritated me, worst character ever. Nick on the other hand, is just meh, his acting is bad (much like all of the characters), and honestly, I have no other things to say about him, there’s nothing to point out about him due to how boring he is. The story is so bad that I was convinced that it was done completely by AI, which it most likely was, because I kid you not, THE CHARACTER PROFILES ARE AI GENERATED. Boot up the game and see for yourself! The devs couldn’t even draw or render the characters so they instead resorted to AI!, it’s unbelievable!. If you want to buy this game, buy it when it’s on sale. Too late for a refund for me, I played it start to finish (the game is only 4 hours long).

The trailers always look better than the reality. I played this for 2 hours and found the controls junky, the voice acting rubbish and the gunplay off. Lost count number of times I dies through not being able to grip on things as I wanted as well.

Hey@@Node! Sorry for not being clear enough with my comment. So, usually when there's an option for lefties, it mirrors both controllers as well. That way we can wield with the left hand and move/jump etc with the right one. Mostly because it's uncomfortable to wield with the same controller you use to move around
