VR6 turbo first proper pull

I was organizing a speed test event at Lappeenranta airport, and got a chance to do a few pulls with the Golf. Here's the first of them.
Overall the car ran like crap, misfiring all over the place, but it held in one piece at least. Form the sound and feel of things, one cylinder is dropping out. I need to check the plugs and wires, and go ahead from there.
0.4bar, timing retarded to be safe, 200hp approx.
