Sama Rice/Bhagar - 1 cup
Sabudana - 1/4 cup
Curd -1/3 cup
Sendha Namak
Water
Ghee
For green chuteny :
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Roasted peanuts - 4 tbsp
Green chilli - 3
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Curd - 2 tbsp
Sendha namak
Water
For Aloo Masala :
Boiled potatoes - 4
Green chilli -1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Sendha namak - 1/2 tsp
