In the render window top left most side there is an option called RGB,once the rendering is done,click on the RGB it will drop down,from there you can download the AO map named as "VRAY EXTRA TEXTURE". Download the map same as you download the render,thank you

go to the glass material option, under refract change 'affect channel' to color + alpha, save the render as png, then you will be able to edit the background.
