When i got on VRchat in 2023 i really did not want to use male avatars there was something a itch in my mind that said no this is not for you and that sent me down a rabbit hole of trans info and then i found out i had full on biochemical dysphoria i had every sign so wanting the pain to stop i started HRT MTF may 26 2023 it has been 18 months my past life seem like a forgotten nightmare i am able to feel happy about living now.

During a time where it is actually dangerous to be trans where even the future of the shining bastion on the hill of freedom and democracy is uncertain this video found me at 3am. When sleep was avoiding me and dysphoria was eating at my soul. Thank you for this wonderful video thank you for giving me hope.

I can agree that Vrchat is a comforting place for trans individuals. I started vrchat in nov of 2020 then came as out trans in Nov 2023, vrchat was a place that never stopped making me feel grateful that I played because it got my life the way I wanted it to be for many years ( also, great video btw made me a bit emotional ^^ )

They help but you can use your phone or your computer to explore some parts of the community first, vr is not required for vrchat

It's awesome they interviewed Ru. Friended her on vrc a while back. We mainly started talking about vrchat content creation like worlds and such because I loved the club She created (club kaleidoscope I believe). I'm not totally sure how much we both talked about our transitions though. Wonderful person and wish I had the opportunity to speak to her more.
