I just recently got FBT for the first time and would like to be more expressive with it, but I have never danced a day in my life and I kind of want to start learning. I don't want to just be another FBT user who sits in front of a mirror all day :(

how do you get stable tracking

Your base stations need to be placed correctly. Trackers must also be placed on the body tightly with track straps. It really depend son your set up. Reflections on objects can even mess up tracking!
