VRChat Unity - Adding Laydown Action Layer

For anyone having the issue where all of the animations are triggering at once you need to go into the SubMenu_Laydown menu and change the values because all of them are set to 1. Laydown should be 1, Lay Side Left should be 2, Lay side right should be 3, Sit Idle should be 51, Sit Crossed should be 52, Sit Legs Out should be 53 and Sit Legs Down should be 54.

Considering that I am using an uncommon avatar, this application is straight to the point and easy and be replicated after a couple trial and errors. for a new user to unity and going through bootcamp hell with blender with a buddy, this straight to the point tutorial that i found when messing around with avatar dynamics with sippbox tutorials. your channel is solid and will be recommended to others that wanna know how to do things that you are teaching.

hey ive been trying to get these to work but when i use them in unity and in vrchat the avatar just stands there with no animation. Im very new to this sort of thing. The avatar i use already has some toggles so that might be it but idk how to go about fixing it.

just done what you said recently but for me its just not playing the animations when using the gesture manager and it does not work in vrchat. i have no clue whether i messed stuff up or not as i have looked through your video many times and yet still does not work

Great tutorial! Everything works as intended, but the only problem I have is my avatar's tail is in my face so I'm wondering how do I make it so it doesn't?

That most likely means your avatar uses a "world collider" to make the tail not clip with the floor you can most likely find this under "armature" or "world collider" (if they decided to make an object for it) The gyzmo should look either like a green square or a BIG circle under your avatar

That could be due to write defaults missmatch, use a tool called "AV3 Manager" from VRChat Creator Companion to check!

You can adjust the settings of the audio source alternatively you can increase the actual files volume using 3rd party applications or websites

You would merge the FX Layers and param layers

@@PxINKY It worked perfectly fine before VRC’s update but when I try to use the prefab, I’m floating high in the air or I’m under the map. If you know how to fix it, it would be extremely appreciated. I don’t know if I’ll be able to understand instructions by text, I’m better at learning by visual 😅
