True.... I was there and I can tell you exactly which songs else he was lipsyncing last night 100% ; Say yeah, Lick it up, Love Gun and I was made for loving you. He sometimes shouts or says something in between, but those are 100% lipsynced. I knew that already because he does those songs every concert on this tour that way.. I have seen them live many times before in the past, and Paul's voice has been (much) worse in the last few years then it is at the moment. Overall he was pretty good last night.
