Mam do rare Beauty tinted moisturizer is for extremely dry skin. Its just my skin is too dry most tinted moisturizer as well foundation get cakey. So which one will you suggest smashbox or rare Beauty one i wish for even skin i dont has many dark spots but have texture. Your advice will be helpful

I am confused. Is House of Makeup an Indian brand? The link you gave mentions the country of origin as China,address is Delaware. In some products it’s taiwan and in some it’s Mumbai. I try to not buy makeup products especially foundations and eye products from China. Help.
