What do you do if you can't get the display to separate from the back? I have heated it multiple times and tried using a creditcard, tools from a kit and even my fingernails to get it open. This one does not want to come apart.

i need help so i have that same phone and my screen is got purple and was turning black and what happen it was eating the screen and when i took it to the place to fix they said it was weet inside and they say they need a piece toshow the screen cuz i payed for a new screen but it only shows white
