That's manufacturing fault. You can file a complaint with the company. If the company doesn't reply aptly, approach the consumer court along with the proof of your complaint to the company

Bro na hero company laye complaint panna bro no use still struggling and currently bought second hand Bajaj ct100 for continuous use total 1.7 lakhs is wasted still my bike is in service only every month heavy loss only for the bike I'll never suggest this xpulse 200 4 v for anyone if I bought new bike also I'll never consider hero😢
